Application requirements

Before you start

Please take time to check whether you are ready to apply for registration. Please make sure you have the information on the right, some of the items on the list are required, the form will not allow you to proceed if you have not provided them.

Note that you can save the application progress and proceed later.

Checklist of things you need before you start;

  • Parent’s National ID 
  • Proof of Residence
  • Child’s Birth certicate

For transfer students

  • Transfer letter
  • Report book

ENROLMENT

  • LEARNERS FROM SUPPORTIVE PARENTS WHO ATTEND SCHOOL EVENTS E.G CONSULTATION, SPORTS, MEETINGS AND DONATE TO THE SCHOOL
  • LEARNERS WHO ARE ALWAYS SMART IN VAINONA PRIMARY UNIFORM
  • WELL GROOMED AND POLITE
  • LEARNERS WHO PUT EFFORT IN CLASS AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES
  • LEARNERS WHO ARE PROUD OF THEIR SCHOOL

ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be residing in the Vainona Catchment area i.e from Whitwell Road to Harare Drive. Borrowdale Road to Alpes Road.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTED LEARNERS

  1. Bring a photocopy of your ID
  2. Fill in the Enrolment, Personal and commitment forms
  3. Pay in full $160 fees for term one by 31 July
  4. Purchase the school uniforms and other school requirements before schools open.
